What are formal nights like on Carnival Cruises? Can I wear a prom dress?

I’m going on a one to Mexico. I have only been on Caribbean cruises, which other people indeed wear big dresses for formal nights at dinner.

i just came bak from one going toacapulco and yes u can wear it!

yea u can wear a prom dress for formal night. there is a lot of partying before during and after but basically all of formal nights are the same wherever u go.
